Daniel J. Giannola
Daniel Giannola, or Dan, pursued his Bachelor’s degree at Illinois State University, where he pursued law academically and through extracurricular activities. As a member of ISU’s mock trial team, he competed in several hundred trials for the American Mock Trial Association. Following his undergraduate education, Dan went on to earn his Juris Doctor with honors from Northern Illinois University’s College of Law. After passing the bar in the state of Illinois, Dan worked for a bankruptcy firm based in Chicago and then the Will County Public Defender’s Office. As an attorney at Giannola Legal LLC, Dan excels in the courtroom, advocating for his clients in family, divorce and criminal cases. He prioritizes thorough and consistent client communication as he represents individuals in each of the firm’s practice areas.
Danielle E. Giannola
Danielle is a family law and divorce attorney that fights for her clients with confidence, diligence and passion. One of her main goals, outside of fighting for each client, is to keep them well informed and comfortable through the difficult processes in family law and divorce court. Following her undergraduate education from Loyola University Chicago, Danielle began her career as a law clerk for a family law firm. This drove her to pursue law school at the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Here, she competed in the American Lawyer Association and university’s Moot Court Competition. She also worked with a nonprofit known as the Illinois Innocence Project, whose goal was to exonerate wrongly convicted individuals and implement change to our current criminal justice system. Upon graduating from this institution she obtained her license to practice law on a state and federal level. Danielle worked at a bankruptcy firm in Chicago before shifting to family law and divorce with Giannola Legal LLC.
